The log deck’s hydraulic system enables quick transitions between transport and operation modes, making it ideal for commercial loggers and firewood businesses that need to move between multiple wood piles.

Onboard Air Compressor

The Blockbuster firewood processors use an integrated air compressor to replace some traditional hydraulics, simplifying machine design and improving operational efficiency. With one lever, the system automatically lowers the log clamp, starts the saw motor at a set pressure point, and activates the saw cylinder; upon release, the saw automatically stops and retracts out of the way, while keeping the log clamp engaged. If equipped, the auto-stop feature will also automatically retract when the saw cut is complete. The air system enables a unique to the industry, one-touch splitting cycle; allowing operators to pull one detent lever to split and move on to cutting another log. The onboard compressed air system allows for convenient machine cleanup and tire maintenance.
